I’m Nilda Reyes, the founder of PeachCrest Processing. 

I bring more than 12 years of mortgage processing experience, including several years as a Senior Loan Processor and additional experience in mortgage underwriting. Throughout my career, I’ve worked closely with loan officers, brokers, underwriters, title companies, borrowers, and other parties involved in getting a loan from application to closing.

 
My experience has given me a strong understanding of what makes a file move efficiently—and what causes unnecessary delays. I’ve worked with conventional, FHA, VA, USDA, jumbo, non-QM, DSCR, bank statement, self-employed borrower, construction, refinance, and other complex loan scenarios and DPA. I’m comfortable reviewing income, assets, credit, title, insurance, conditions, disclosures, and supporting documentation while staying organized and keeping everyone informed.

 
I created PeachCrest Processing because I understand how demanding the mortgage business can be, especially for brokers and loan officers managing multiple borrowers at once. My goal is to take as much of the processing workload off their plate as possible so they can focus on originating loans, building relationships, and growing their business. I take pride in being organized, responsive, thorough, and proactive. I don’t believe in simply moving paperwork from one place to another. 

I believe a strong processor should understand the file, anticipate what may be needed next, communicate clearly, and help keep the transaction moving toward closing. PeachCrest Processing is built around that standard: experienced mortgage support, personal attention, clear communication, and a commitment to treating every file as if it were my own.
